Requirements
- Education & Experience : Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Business, Advertising, Digital Media or related field; 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in social media management and paid digital advertising.
- Platform Expertise : Proven track record running and optimising Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram and TikTok Ads, plus familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics suites.
Responsibilities
Plan and produce captivating content for various social media platforms to boost awareness and drive conversions.Manage and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to maximize reach and engagement.Craft compelling press articles and marketing emails to showcase the latest product information.Respond to queries across social channels, ensuring excellent customer service and brand representation.Keep the company website up-to-date with fresh product content, optimizing for SEO and user experience.Liaise with media, KOLs, and agencies to execute impactful marketing campaigns.Execute marketing activities aligned with quarterly and monthly goals while maintaining budget control.Monitor competitors and industry trends, proposing innovative ideas to keep the brand at the forefront.Work closely with the e-commerce team to create effective sales campaigns.Coordinate with agencies to oversee online and physical events.Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaigns, media buying, and overall digital presence.Prepare weekly and quarterly marketing reports on assigned tasks.Maintain effective communication with management, peers, and external partners.Benefits
