We’re looking for an Engineer intern for our office in Johore, Malaysia.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• To seek and provide technical, commercial, and logistic support tot he Sales Manager’s and related integrations.
• To be able to elaborate the technical and commercial proposal/needs of Projects in collaboration with the Sales Manager, Project Manager and Purchasing Department.
• Day to day management of projects aspects that includes technical, commercial, logistics, purchasing upon securing the order by the Sales Team.
• To triage technical issues, resolve problems independently and escalate where appropriately.
• Achieve and maintain targeted case statistics such as number of orders closed/lost or issues resolved, along with other established goals.
• Cross functional information (between Sales, Finance, Back Office, Management)
• Updating CRM
