Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QC / QA Executive with a strong background in dry rubber manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in ISO 9001 : 2015 quality management systems and skilled in operating testing equipment such as rheometers and specific gravity / density meters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain quality control processes throughout production.
• Conduct physical and mechanical testing of rubber products using rheometers, s.g. / density meters, and other QC instruments.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 standards and maintain quality documentation.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production teams to improve quality consistency and efficiency.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to management.
