Your Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Clerk / Executive to join our team! You’ll handle financial and administrative matters related to property management, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and budgets
- Manage accounts receivable / payable, invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accounting records (MFRS)
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and vendors on billing and payment matters
- Support Property Managers with financial planning and reporting
- Maintain proper filing and assist with audits and annual submissions
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of accounting experience (property management preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word; familiarity with Bukku is an advantageStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyGood communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)Salary & Benefits
RM 2,500 to RM 3,000 per month
