Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Operations Analyst to join our global team. This entry-level role is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing automated crawlers that aggregate job listings from various websites. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries to ensure the quality and efficiency of data feeds that power our job platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, repetitive tasks, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot web crawlers using internal tools and scripting languages
- Monitor and optimize the volume and quality of job data on live websites
- Develop or update Ruby scripts to improve job scraping outcomes
- Analyze sample datasets to assess and enhance crawler performance
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support B2B client needs efficiently
- Recommend and implement improvements to digital operations processes
- Prepare basic technical reports and documentation with guidance from subject matter experts
- Handle repetitive tasks accurately with a high degree of attention to detail
Job Requirements
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XPath, and regular expressionsFamiliarity with scripting languages such as Ruby or PythonExperience with data platforms like Databricks is an advantageProficient in SQL for querying and managing databasesAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)Strong problem-solving skills with logical and systematic thinkingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyWillingness to perform and persist with repetitive tasksAbility to work in an agile, fast-paced environmentAble to converse and write fluently in Mandarin and EnglishKnowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus
