Job descriptionCertificate in Chargeman / Wireman / Building Maintenance (advantage). Minimum 3–5 years experience in building or facility maintenance. Strong technical knowledge in electrical, air-conditioning, roller shutters, plumbing, and general facilities. Hands‑on, hardworking, and willing to learn. Able to work both independently and in a team. Physically fit and able to work in various environments. Pro‑active and strong problem‑solving mindset. Communicate and coordinate between internal or external parties.

- Carry out daily preventive maintenance tasks assigned by the superior / Manager.
- Perform troubleshooting, repair and servicing for :
- Electrical and lighting systems
- Air-conditioning systems
- Civil works (tiling, painting, minor carpentry)
- Plumbing and sanitary systems
- Assist in troubleshooting and corrective works.
- Support / assist contractors / vendors during on-site works.
- Record and update daily maintenance checklists and job completion reports.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards during all maintenance activities.
- Perform any maintenance-related tasks assigned by superior, including office arrangement, office repair, and general facility upkeep.
- Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
