Position Title : Sourcing Analyst

PRIMARY DUTIES

0%-50% Sourcing
20%-50% Sourcing Support
20%-50% Transactional – System Work

Transactional : Perform administration related duties on Procurement tools, including updating pricing, invoice resolution, and system support.

Sourcing Support : Gather data and analyze procurement policies, processes, and tools. Prepare metrics for the Sourcing dashboard, lead projects on procurement policies, and develop / deliver training.

Sourcing : Identify, evaluate, and onboard packaging suppliers. Conduct RFQs, RFPs, and negotiations. Manage contracts, analyze costs and market trends, develop cost-saving initiatives, and track savings.

Additionally : Follow sourcing best practices, resolve invoice discrepancies, and manage order quantities and volumes.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or higher; knowledge of packaging materials is a plus.

Skills include problem solving, communication, organization, and proficiency with databases, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.

Demonstrate self-motivation, effective self-management, accountability, adaptability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
