Customer Service Team Lead (Mand Eng - Johor) role at Agensi Pekerjaan JobScoper Sdn. Bhd.

Job title : Customer Service Team Lead (Mand Eng - Johor)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Set goals, track performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage market team operations while liaising with global and cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver projects with data analysis, research, and strategic recommendations.
  • Provide insights, influence team strategy, and advocate for user needs through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree or above.
  • Proficient in English (B2 CEFR or higher) and fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • At least 1 year of team management experience in a BPO / Contact Centre, preferably in e-commerce / marketplace.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a passion for user experience.
  • Good organizational, coordination, and team motivation abilities; able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work onsite at Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
