Requirements

  • Minimum education : SPM and above
  • Proficient in Mandarin / Cantonese (compulsory), English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Dental Clinic, Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Possess good telephone etiquette.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel / Word etc).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Social media savvy

Responsibilities

  • Handle receptionist duties
  • Prepare staff monthly working schedule
  • Manage inventory (monitor stock check, prepare inventory list, contact suppliers, place order)
  • Upkeep of office supplies
  • Train new staff on receptionist skill
  • Provide feedback to superior and brainstorming ideas to improve the work / situation
  • Monitor product sales
  • Problem solving
