Purpose of the Role

The Designer plays a supportive role in supporting the creation of deliverables that include digital video / photo for social media and visual web content that ranges from graphic design, illustration to infographics for a B2C and B2B scope. This person will provide support to the team on a range of digital media campaigns as well as working across the wider TEAM LEWIS business on internal projects.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Creative services and project management

• Create aesthetically compelling visuals that align with clients' brand identities and messaging.
• Create visually captivating decks and mood boards that effectively communicate creative concepts and ideas to clients.
• Design and develop original creative web and digital content with expertise in graphic design and illustration.
• Provide design support for pitches and internal communications
• Deliver high quality graphic design for both print and digital channels
• Partner with other departments to develop compelling and imaginative creative solutions (e.g. video, infographics, web design) for both TEAM LEWIS and current and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with other teams within the agency (such as copywriting and strategy) to ensure that all creative deliverables align with the overall campaign strategy and messaging.
• Stay up to date on best practices and current trends.
• Experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, 3D animation will be a plus
