Marketing & Data Analyst

We are looking for a Marketing & Data Analyst to lead CRM operations, automated marketing campaigns, customer insights, and business intelligence reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and CRM technology—transforming data into smarter customer engagement, improved retention, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Build customer journeys , segmentation models, and retention strategies
• Develop Power BI dashboards , KPI reports & automated insights
• Manage CRM data quality (SAP C4C, Marketing Cloud)
• Execute marketing campaigns & events (TGR, Carlist Motor Show, nationwide activities)
• Analyze customer behavior & deliver actionable insights for business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize engagement & loyalty
