Job Description

1. Site Supervision & Quality Control

Conduct daily inspections of civil, structural, piling, and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Monitor and inspect all piling activities (e.g., bored piles, driven piles) and verify test results (e.g., PDA, PIT).

Monitor and inspect all CSA scope of works during the sub-structure and super-structure development of the project.

Inspect architectural finishes such as tiling, ceilings, partitions, and façade systems for quality and workmanship.

Ensure CSA works (e.g., reinforced concrete, steel structures, waterproofing) follow the approved work method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs).

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate daily site reports , photo documentation, and inspection records.
  • Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and track corrective actions until closure of the raised issues.
  • Assist in preparing handover checklists , as-built verification, and CCC documentation.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with contractors, consultants, and local authorities to resolve site issues.
  • Attend technical and coordination meetings ; provide feedback on buildability and sequencing.
  • Support testing and commissioning phases for architectural and structural elements.
  • 4. Health, Safety & Regulatory Compliance

  • Enforce compliance with OSHA 1994 , CIDB guidelines, and site-specific safety protocols.
  • Ensure materials and workmanship comply with Malaysian Standards (MS) , UBBL , and project-specific requirements (e.g., Uptime Tier III / IV).
  • Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management .
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CSA supervision, preferably in data center or mission-critical projects .
  • Familiar with piling techniques , architectural detailing , and local authority submission processes .
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using inspection tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia .
  • Tools & Software - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), AutoCAD / BIM Viewer (e.g., Navisworks), Site inspection apps (e.g., PlanRadar, FieldView)
