We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven RPA Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced automation solutions using the Blue Prism platform. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in automation development and best practices, with hands-on experience in Blue Prism. Proficiency in low-code application development, Zena and DDRPA platforms are valuable advantages. A proven track record of delivering robust, reliable, and high-quality automation solutions is essential for success in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and Development of Automation Solutions

Identify business processes suitable for automation and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.

Develop, configure, and deploy automation workflows using Blue Prism platforms.

Design scalable and reusable automation frameworks and templates.

Testing and Debugging

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of automation workflows.

Debug and resolve issues to ensure the smooth functioning of automation solutions.

Maintenance and Optimization

Monitor existing automation systems for performance, reliability, and potential improvements.

Update or optimize automated processes to accommodate changes in business needs or technologies.

Address and resolve issues reported by users or detected during monitoring.

Collaboration with Teams

Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and stakeholders to understand process requirements.

Partner with IT and development teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems.

Documentation and Training

Document automation workflows, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Provide training and support to end-users on automated processes.

Adherence to Best Practices and Standards

Follow automation development best practices, including error handling, logging, and exception management.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Research and recommend new automation tools or technologies to enhance existing processes.

Stay updated on trends in automation, AI, and machine learning to identify opportunities for innovation.

Monitoring and Analytics

Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the performance and impact of automated processes.

Generate reports and insights to demonstrate the efficiency and ROI of automation efforts.

Support for Low-Code / No-Code Platforms (if applicable)

Develop and maintain low-code or no-code applications to support faster deployment of automation solutions.

Customize tools and platforms to address unique business challenges.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills :

Strong skills in Blue Prism platform.

Expertise in designing, building, and optimizing scalable and reusable automation frameworks.

Proficiency in integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., ESB, iSeries, databases and AI).

Experience in fine-tuning automation processes for reliability, speed, and efficiency.

Ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.

Advanced knowledge of version control systems like Git and experience setting up CI / CD pipelines for automation deployment.

Strong understanding of data transformation, processing, and analytics.

Soft Skills

Preferred Qualifications

Passed the Malay Language (including oral test) at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level.

Bachelor Degree (Honours) in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent recognized by the Government.

Understanding of key design principles.

Experience Requirements

Senior Developer : At least 4 years in automation development and experience leading projects or mentoring teams.
