Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or higher is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
  • Customer service experience in a call centre or front desk setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Polite, patient, and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Willing to work on weekends or public holidays when required (depending on centre needs).

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls professionally and respond to customer enquiries effectively.
  • Respond promptly to emails and WhatsApp messages.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about swimming classes, schedules, availability, and registration procedures.
  • Assist with class arrangement, bookings, and customer rescheduling requests.
  • Follow up with customers on outstanding enquiries or requests.
  • Manage and update customer data and records in the system accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., coaches, front desk, operations) to ensure smooth class arrangements.
  • Handle complaints or concerns politely and escalate to the appropriate department when required.
  • Monitor and manage waiting lists for classes or appointment slots.
  • Ensure customer interactions reflect a professional image of the company at all times.
