About the role

Join our dynamic café team at Crowd 99 as a full-time Kiosk Crew in the vibrant city of Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of delicious food and beverages to our customers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate the till, handle cash and card payments, and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Assist with regular stock checks, restocking, and light cleaning duties as required
  • Collaborate with the wider café team to ensure a smooth and efficient service

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar food service or hospitality role, preferably in a café or restaurant environment
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic food preparation skills and a keen interest in food and beverage service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
