Role Overview :

Drive long-term business growth and customer success through proactive portfolio leadership, strategic account development, and deep market insight. Champion high-impact client relationships, deliver innovative mobility and service solutions, and steer the organization toward sustained profitability and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Portfolio Leadership & Growth Strategy

Lead the strategic expansion and management of a high-value client portfolio, identifying and unlocking new revenue streams and long-term partnerships.

Shape and execute portfolio strategies that align with broader commercial goals, ensuring market competitiveness and business resilience.

Translate commercial insights into actionable plans that drive penetration in key market segments and deliver sustainable growth.

Client Partnership & Value Creation

Cultivate executive-level relationships with strategic clients to position the company as a trusted, long-term partner.

Deliver consultative, insight-led solutions that anticipate client needs, creating differentiated value across their operations.

Develop multi-year strategic account plans, with a focus on expanding influence across complex, multi-entity client organizations.

Market Positioning & Innovation

Act as a market intelligence leader, continuously scanning the landscape for trends, disruptions, and competitive movements.

Leverage market insights to inform solution development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

Advocate for innovative, future-ready mobility and fleet solutions, ensuring alignment with clients’ sustainability and digital transformation goals.

Commercial Excellence & Execution

Champion commercial excellence by ensuring all client touchpoints meet high standards of service, efficiency, and value delivery.

Oversee end-to-end execution of complex commercial processes, including high-value tenders, ensuring strategic alignment and operational precision.

Optimize account performance through rigorous KPI and SLA management, while continuously seeking areas for enhancement.

Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration

Drive collaboration across internal specialist teams to deliver integrated, scalable client solutions.

Act as a central orchestrator, aligning stakeholders across functions (e.g., consultancy, pricing, implementation) to ensure seamless client experiences.

Embed a client-first mindset across the business, advocating for continuous improvement in customer journey design and delivery.

Digital & Data-Driven Decision Making

Lead the strategic use of CRM and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, fleet reporting platforms) to inform decisions, track performance, and surface new opportunities.

Promote a culture of data-informed selling, ensuring transparency and accountability in all client engagements.

Brand Stewardship & Cultural Alignment

Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the company’s values, mission, and strategic vision in every client interaction.

Inspire trust, credibility, and loyalty by delivering on commitments and building strong, purpose-driven relationships.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent qualification (e.g., A-levels with relevant industry experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer service, ideally within a fleet management, automotive, or B2B mobility environment.
  • Proven track record in B2B commercial settings, with experience in self-prospecting and business development. Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently are essential.
  • Strong business awareness with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions accordingly. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders & C-suite decision-makers at both local and global levels, adapting communication style to suit diverse audiences.
  • Confident in delivering presentations tailored to various audiences, with strong negotiation and project management capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously. Skilled in analyzing data to support operational decisions and improve service outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and professional writing abilities. Fluent in business-level English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languages such as Malay or Chinese is highly desirable.
  • Take accountability and full ownership of commercial processes and key accounts. Collaborative team player with the ability to also operate independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Results-oriented, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets. Ability to remain positive / enthusiastic and ‘can do’ spirit.
