JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Communications Assitant Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting brand and marketing initiatives across a portfolio of globally located luxury hotels and resorts. This role is hands-on and creative, responsible for crafting content, supporting digital campaigns, and executing PR and social media strategies that bring the guest experience to life. Regular collaboration with hotel operations ensures that all brand messaging is aligned with real-time experiences and property-level needs.

You are a digitally savvy storyteller with a passion for hospitality and travel. You are organised, visually attuned, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment where creativity meets commercial strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in marketing, digital content creation, and PR, preferably in hospitality or luxury sectors.
- Expertise in social media, digital marketing trends, and influencer strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Experience managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CMS and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed or multi-property organization is a plus.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Executes brand-aligned content across digital and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu) tailored to each hotel’s positioning and guest demographic.Supports the development of videos, photography, and digital communications (including EDMs and collaterals) that reflect the property’s guest experience and brand narrative.Works closely with hotel operations to source stories, plan campaigns, and respond to timely opportunities from the ground up.Assists with press release development, media outreach, and coordination with international PR agencies.Organises influencer collaborations and manages logistics for content creator stays and familiarisation trips.Monitors content performance across channels, updating calendars and strategy based on guest behavior insights and engagement trends.Identifies potential brand and media partnerships to enhance brand perception and awareness among target audiences.#J-18808-Ljbffr
