Responsibility

  • Handling daily documentation and proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation, account receivable and account payable (AP) reconciliation.
  • Receive, input, verify and process all AP invoices, expenses, utilities, monthly rental and etc.
  • Preparation for payment and payment voucher timely and accurately, ensure all documents and record are well documented and organized.
  • Coordinate and assist in administrative, banking matters.
  • Preparation of reports with statistical data, as assigned.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport & accommodation.

Requirements :

  • Possess SPM qualification & above
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Well-versed in Excel / Word
  • Good in filling and organizational skills
  • Own transport
