Role : P2RFA (IT) Functional Consultant
Department : PROJECT Deployment - APAC
Reports to : Regional Finance Deployment Lead
Purpose
As the P2RFA (IT) Functional Consultant, you are responsible for understanding the business processes and information needs, to identify, propose and drive solution options that support the business needs within the PROJECT Global Template.
Your primary responsibilities include :
- The Functional Consultant takes accountability for project success
- Exposure to SAP Fixed Assets, CaPex & Contract Lease Management processes
- Responsible to deliver IT and Business deliverables in projects
- Supports development of To-Be processes based on user requirements within the AR stream
- Supports during scoping and develops functional specifications & confirms developments
- Configures system and documents configuration according to project standards
- Identifies and escalates configuration related conflicts with different projects in the same SAP environment and other used systems / tool
- Supports creation test specification and preparation of test data
- Supports data migration and performs cut-over
- Provides country / site-specific system know-how depending on the project
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent work experienceMinimum 8 years of SAP experienceVery good command of English language (speaking & writing) and work experience in a multinational environmentGood understanding and application of tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability and process analysisIn-depth knowledge of Fixed Assets, Contract Leasing Management, CaPex business processes and understanding of cross-functional / integration process flow, data and dependenciesUnderstanding of the architectural framework for finance domain and the connected systemsGood understanding of SolMan ALM methodologiesInfluencing capabilities up to Directors in business and Informatics groupsGood conceptual ability by understanding complex problems / information and ability to abstract and represent the idea in a simple easy to understand wayGood communication and business partnering skillsAbility to manage ambiguity and conduct rapid prototyping to mature requirementsExperience working in an agile environment and often on multiple initiatives in parallelReadiness to travel depending on the project / services needsExperience in pharmaceuticals industry and processes is more advantageousSeniority level
