About the role :
Asia Cargo Network is growing rapidly and is seeking a full‑time Senior Finance Executive that plays a crucial role in managing the financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision‑making.
You will report directly to the CFO, CEO and collaborate closely with senior management across the Company. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, optimising cash flow and supporting strategic decision‑making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

What you will do :
- Oversee the weekly commercial revenue cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing to clients and prompt issue resolution.
- Lead and execute bank reconciliation processes to ensure all incoming payments are received and accurately recorded.
- Manage all flight‑related and operational costs, working closely with the Commercial and Operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and control.
- Work together with finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit & loss, and balance sheets for internal analysis and reporting.
- Manage daily payment operations, including the verification of bank details, approval of payment documentation, and timely disbursement.
- Track and forecast cash flow requirements, supporting both short‑ and medium‑term financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax obligations, and statutory reporting timelines.
- Identify and assess the legal and tax implications of financial transactions, particularly in relation to interdepartmental or external fund transfers.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and government bodies to support audits, tax submissions, and compliance‑related inquiries.
- Prepare and review budgets, variance analysis, and financial projections in coordination with departmental heads.
- Lead the preparation of ad‑hoc financial reports and analysis to support management in strategic and operational decisions.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation in accordance with audit and regulatory standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial policies, systems, and procedures to enhance financial governance and operational efficiency.
- Perform other finance‑related duties as assigned by the CFO or Head of Department.
- Update full price for fuel services on a weekly basis.
What are we looking for :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field (professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA are a strong advantage).5‑7 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting and cash flow management.Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel.High attention to details and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Asia Cargo Network by 2x
