Job description

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or scaffolding-related project administration
  • Exposure to site-based operations and central admin coordination is preferred
  • Basic understanding of scaffolding operations, terminology, and safety practices
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Have own transport and able to travel

JOB SUMMARY

To administer, register, control, update and in any other way as deemed necessary deal with incoming and outgoing mail, facsimile, documents, drawings and other paperwork;

To coordinate material at site including planning, moving, storing and controlling in / out with prepare material record in monthly basis;

To prepare quotation, progress claim, tender documents, summary and any contract documents;

To organize and update all filing systems consistent;

To prepare, for the Company's letters, facsimile, internal and external memorandums, e-mail and all other correspondences as directed by the Company;

To manage site personnel file and record including staff and workers (site pass, work permit, CIDB card, competency);

To check and verify employee's attendance, overtime, leaves for payroll before submit to superior;

To maintain up the list of contact details of professional contractors, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, financial institutions, government bodies, other relevant bodies and all such other parties as are incidental to the operations of the Company;

To monitor and update Company asset eg : staff house, vehicles, machinery, equipment, office asset;

Handling petty cash and ensure transaction is accurate keyed in the system.

Monitoring the cash sales, payment, monthly cash report, paid invoices and keeping track on all invoices received, distributed and properly authorized in accordance upon submission to account department;

Prepare DO & SI and compile for submission to client.

Prepare subcon claim summary based on work done including daily manhours worker.

Liaise with the client, project team and Project Manager for all site claiming related.

Monitor and follow up PO and payment from client on monthly basis.

Submission weekly, monthly report on claiming and work done to management.

To work and assist, in a supportive role, your superior in an efficient and effective manner;

To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work;

To strictly adhere to ISO 9001 : 2015 and ISO 45001 : 2018 auditing SOP requirement and documentation.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
