Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Immigration & Mobility Consultant to support our global workforce. This role focuses on delivering tailored immigration and mobility solutions by analyzing clients specific needs and providing expert guidance and hands on support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end to end immigration processes for inbound and outbound employees, including work permits, visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • In depth knowledge of Malaysian immigration policies, including MM2H, expatriate hiring regulations, and related frameworks.
  • Prepare and submit immigration applications through ESD and MDEC portals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees and stakeholders on all immigration and mobility matters.
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities to ensure smooth processing.
  • Track and report immigration statuses and expiration dates to ensure timely renewals.
  • Maintain and update accurate client records in compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations.
  • Conduct pre assignment briefings and post arrival check ins with relocating employees.
  • Stay current on immigration policies and regulations through continuous research and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Immigration & Mobility Consultant in Malaysia.
  • Hands on experience using ESD and MDEC portals for immigration applications is required.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken) additional languages are a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
