• Job Summary
• Coordinates and integrates the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and / or independently), or as a manager : Responsible for activities related to controlling, scheduling, and managing the flow of production from acquisition of raw materials to distribution of finished product. Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers Conducts and / or oversees strategic supply chain analysis Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain Develops and implements supply chain designs, models, strategies and / or processes to improve the business Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Works on other projects and / or assignments as needed See description for career level for general proficiency levels pertaining to Job Complexity, Accountability, Relationship Focus, and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities.
