About the role

Project Specifier at Astino Metal Industries Sdn Bhd.

Full‑time position based in Nibong Tebal, Penang.

Key responsibilities include :

• Collaborate with project managers, architects and clients to understand project requirements and develop detailed specifications.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify appropriate materials, products and systems that align with objectives and budget.
• Prepare comprehensive specification documents, including technical details, performance criteria and installation instructions.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of specified materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress and adjust specifications as needed to address challenges or changes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the construction process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, regulations and best practices in construction project specification.
