Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in structured training on legacy platforms, programming languages, and banking systems.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain applications supporting critical banking operations.
  • Collaborate with senior developers, business analysts, and project teams to deliver solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in live systems to ensure stability and performance.
  • Apply industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in software development.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong programming foundation (SQL, Java, C, or similar structured / procedural languages).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn legacy systems and adapt to the financial services environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
