We're looking for a hands-on, detail‑oriented Finance Executive to keep our daily finance ops tight and accurate. You'll reconcile loan flows between our systems and the bank, process payments, keep the books clean, support monthly reporting, and help with audit, compliance, and fundraising tasks. Key Responsibilities
Daily Ops & Reconciliation
Perform daily reconciliation of loan disbursements / repayments between the loan management system and bank statements; investigate and resolve variances quickly.Maintain reconciliation logs, supporting schedules, and audit trails.Payments & AP
Prepare and process supplier / vendor payments (bank portals / FPX), ensure approvals, documentation, and coding are in order.Maintain vendor master data, credit terms, and ageing; handle basic vendor queries.Bookkeeping & Reporting
Record daily journals, accruals, and adjustments; maintain clean ledgers.Assist in month‑end close and prepare management reporting packs (P&L, BS, CF) with schedules.Audit & Compliance Support
Compile audit deliverables, sampling support, and confirmations; track and close open items.Support compliance tasks (e-invoicing basics, SST / WHT documentation, filing support) with proper records retention.Investor & Fundraising Support
Help prepare investor update data, KPIs, and simple dashboards.Assist in due diligence checklists, data room organisation, and document version control.Requirements
1–2 years of experience in accounting / finance / audit (fresh grads with strong internships considered).Solid grasp of double‑entry, reconciliations, and month‑end basics.Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP, SUMIFS; basic charts).Meticulous, trustworthy, and deadline‑driven; comfortable in a lean, execution-focused team.Bonus points : exposure to fintech / FS, e‑invoice / SST / WHT basics, accounting software (QuickBooks / Xero / SQL)If not you, who?
