Responsibilities :
Manage full sets of accounts : Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
Perform monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end closing
Prepare journal entries with accurate documentation
Maintain and monitor the General Ledger for accuracy and completeness
Assist in generating financial and management reports
Support annual audit, tax filing, and regulatory compliance
Record and track financial transactions using accounting software
Requirements :
Min. Diploma in Accounting or any relevant field
Min. 2 years of relevant experience will be preferred
Proficient in Accounting Software (Eg. MYOB, Xero or Quickbooks) will be an added advantage
Good organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
