Fintech Brokerage / Financial Services / Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a robust business strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives for the Chinese market.
Sales Leadership : Drive revenue growth by overseeing sales activities, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and account management.
Operations Excellence : Optimize operational processes, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of products and services.
Customer Success : Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Financial Performance : Manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and deliver strong financial results.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience :

Strong industry experience in fintech / brokerages / platforms / capital markets across CFDs, FX, or traditional asset classes.

Proven track record in leading sales and operations teams in China.

Deep understanding of the Chinese market, business practices, and regulatory environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
