Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of a retail store’s physical environment
Vendor Coordination, working with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services
Record keeping, maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, repair and inspections
Product charge out
Store readiness & store maintenance
Asset management, keeping track & manage assets
Vendor Management & contract renewal
Renovation, to review & optimizing the store layout to enhance the flow of customer traffic and maximise sales opportunities
Stock Management, to ensure inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
Work closely with sales team & partner for stock replenishment
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor / Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master Degree, Economics, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce or equivalent.
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Good in both writing and oral communications skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Notes :
Fresh Grad salary : Rm3300
Experienced salary : Rm3500 - 4500
Monthly Fix Transport Allowance : RM200
Monthly Mobile Phone Claim : Cap RM50
Overtime : For salary below RM4000
OT Meal Allowance : For salary above RM4000
Working Hours : 8.30am - 5.30pm (Weekdays)
Off days : Saturday & Sunday
Annual Leave : 14 days
