Our client is a premium sports‑enrichment lifestyle brand that is building a world‑class reputation internationally. They are expanding their team and are looking for a Management Trainee (Fencing & Character Development) to join their team in Singapore.

The Role

As a Management Trainee (Fencing & Character Development), you will be part of a cohesive team passionate about fencing and character development. You’ll have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of children and youth by serving as their role model in our program focused on sportsmanship, fun, skill development, and character strength development.

This position offers extensive learning and training opportunities, and while it’s demanding, it’s also incredibly rewarding.

No fencing experience is required – we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your passion, humility and drive to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a role model to your students – deliver life skills and character development lessons through fencing to young children.
• Conduct fencing programs for all students, generating reports on their development and progress.
• Create interactive and educational activities to engage students.
• Build strong relationships with parents and teammates through regular communication.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, event planning, and day‑to‑day operations, including retail and membership duties.
• Support any other duties as required by your supervisor.
