We build smart, user-friendly digital experiences for insurers, brokers, underwriters, and policyholders - and we're looking for a creative and passionate Junior UI / UX Designer to help shape the future of insurance tech.You’ll be part of a collaborative design team working on real-world products, contributing to the full design process - from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handover. This is a great opportunity to grow in a purpose-driven, tech-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes (low and high fidelity).
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Conduct UX research and apply design thinking to define and improve user journeys.
  • Use and contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across products.
  • Work closely with engineering teams in an agile environment to implement designs.
  • Present and explain design decisions, incorporating feedback into refinements.
  • Support developers with clear design documentation during implementation.
  • Occasionally assist with marketing / branding visuals and presales mockups.
  • Stay curious—explore how AI and emerging tech can enhance the design process.

Required Qualifications

  • A strong interest in UI / UX design and digital products.
  • Portfolio is a must (case studies, wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • A curious mindset and eagerness to learn fast.
  • Bonus : Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, or software development processes.
