Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Office Management.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of working experience in sales support, customer service, admin, or coordination roles is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player with good coordination and communication skills across departments
Responsibilities
Follow up on the full customer order process including order receiving, delivery, invoicing, and payment status.Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth and timely processing of orders.Assist in compiling, organizing, and analyzing sales data, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Monitor sales target progress and provide supporting data and insights to the General Manager.Manage and maintain sales-related documents and contracts to ensure they are complete, organized, and confidential.Benefits
