Quality & Reliability Engineer

Job Description :

Participate in developing design, installation specifications, and commissioning plans.
Ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations.
Develop criteria for evaluating equipment, suppliers, and service providers.
Establish acceptance tests and inspection criteria.
Perform final inspections and acceptance testing of new installations.
Define, design, and monitor Asset Maintenance Plans.
Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and other operational problems.
Ensure materials used meet specifications and required quality.
Verify conformance to specifications before and during precast processes.
The appointed RTO must be accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

Senior Project Control Specialist Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and inspect precast production to ensure compliance with contract specifications and drawings required by HDB Singapore.

Conduct quality checks on molds for accuracy and compliance.

Verify and submit monthly production volume reports to HDB Singapore via RCY Pte. Ltd.

Carry out random material sampling, send results to QP / Consultant / Resident Engineer, and report any non-conformance.

Inspect quality of delivered materials and report non-compliance.

Maintain proper and updated records of all works, including tests, inspections, diaries, progress, and approved drawings.

Submit completed records to the project RE.

Scan and email pre-pour checklists weekly (or as required).

Report all non-conformance immediately to QP / Consultant / Resident Engineer.

Execute instructions, including administrative tasks, from the SO Rep / QP / Consultant / RE.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

The appointed RTO must be accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
