Job description

As a Bartender at our restaurant, you will be instrumental in creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting a variety of beverages and providing exceptional service.

With your friendly demeanor and strong communication skills, you will engage with guests, making them feel welcome and valued. Your knowledge of drinks and attention to detail will ensure a memorable experience for everyone who visits the bar, leaving a lasting impression that keeps them coming back for more.

THE JOBSCOPE

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
  • Greet guests warmly and take drink orders accurately.
  • Ensure the bar area is clean and organized at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding alcohol service and sanitation practices.
  • Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide guests with recommendations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage presentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

    High School or diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

    Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : From RM2,200.00 per month
