Job descriptionMore than 7 years of experience in technology-related roles with exposure to large-scale transformation projects Proven project management expertise, including Agile and traditional delivery methods Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives to business objectives Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, MS Project, Power BI, and advanced presentation skills for stakeholder communication Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership Competitive salary package ranging from MYR to MYR annually. Lead high‑impact transformation projects with visibility across the organization. Regional exposure and collaboration with diverse business and technology teams. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of transformation strategies and frameworks within the technology department.
- Align technology strategies with business objectives through stakeholder engagement.
- Lead operational efficiency improvements via process simplification and automation.
- Design and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new technologies.
- Act as Project Manager for major initiatives (e.g., Core Banking, Cloud projects), ensuring timely delivery and governance.
- Develop financial analyses and business cases for large-scale projects.
- Communicate complex strategies effectively through executive presentations.
