Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a combination of administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial record-keeping. Administrative Duties : -Prepare and update profit-sharing reports. -Maintain accurate inventory records. -Manage supplier-related tasks, including placing orders and preparing payments. -Maintain sales collection records and ensure timely updates. -Issue customer invoices and receipts. -Handle correspondence with unit owners regarding administrative matters. -Organize and maintain office documentation and filing systems. -Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed. Accounting Duties : -Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in the accounting system. -Prepare and process staff claims. -Conduct bank reconciliations. -Process payments to suppliers and other relevant parties. -Assist in the preparation of financial reports. -Support month-end and year-end closing processes.   • 2–4 years in an administrative or account support role -Experience working in a fast-paced or client-facing environment -Strong relationship-building skills -Familiarity with budgeting or basic finance tasks Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. -Proficient in financial software (ERP systems, spreadsheets, accounting software) and advanced MS Excel skills. -Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. -Great in attention to detail and is able to operate with minimal supervision / independent
