The Proposal Writer / Bid Writer role is essential for developing clear, persuasive, and compliant proposals that effectively address clients' needs.

Description

Develop and write clear, persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and compliance with RFPs / RFIs.
Manage proposal timelines and coordinate contributions from multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Maintain proposal templates and conduct research to improve proposal quality and success rates.

Profile

A successful Bid Writer role should have :

A degree in business, administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Proposal Writer, Bid Writer, or in a similar writer role, preferably within an MNC (multinational corporation) organization.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to understand complex technical and business information and translate it into clear, compelling language.

Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple proposals simultaneously.

Experience in using Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
