Job descriptionDiploma in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Min. 5 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing with at least 2 years leading a team. Industry background : Plastics / Rubber / Foam / LSR. Exposure to : Medical devices & Semiconductor industries. ERP system knowledge. Proven success in cost-saving and supplier negotiations . Strong knowledge of RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ROSH / REACH . Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful team player. Language : English & Chinese an advantage. Must be able to work at i-Park, Kulai, Johor Do not need to apply any Work Pass / Visa to work at Malaysia Be part of an exciting business transformation journey . We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Procurement Manager to lead our procurement team (3-4 pax) and play a key role in supplier management, cost-saving initiatives, and compliance with international standards ( RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ROSH / REACH ).
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a small procurement team.
- Drive cost-saving projects and build strong supplier networks.
- Manage sourcing and procurement activities via ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with RBA, ISO, ROSH / REACH standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support automation and smart factory transformation.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and sustainability.
