Procurement Executive

Job description :

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Executive to join our team and take charge of optimizing procurement spending across both our Logistics and Non-Logistics segments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing system processes and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to streamline procurement procedures.

Responsibilities :

 Optimize procurement spending for Logistics (Warehousing, Transportation, Ocean

FCL / LCL, Air) and Non-Logistics segments. Including system processes (APS).

 Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to support efficient procurement

processes.

 Process purchase requests and orders to ensure timely product delivery.

 Engage internal stakeholders to drive vendor bidding processes.

 Manage vendor relationships to enhance value in the supply chain.

 Act as a point of escalation for vendor dispute resolution.

 Ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines and policies.

Requirements :

 Diploma / bachelor's degree in logistics related field

 Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.

 Fresh Graduate will be considered as well

 Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management.

 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

 Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.

 Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 Working Location : UOA Business Park, Shah Alam

 5-8 minutes walking distance from LRT / KTM Subang Jaya station

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Contract length : 24 months

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
