Requirements

  • Fluent in Traditional Mandarin.
  • Must be able to read and write in Traditional Mandarin.
  • Need to experience in customer service. .
  • Willing to work in Shifts (Mon-Fri;9am-10pm, Sat-Sun;9am-6pm).
  • Native Taiwanese Only

Responsibilities

  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
  • Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
  • Following process and procedure of the Company.
  • Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (inbound, outbound calls and email)
  • Probe & identify financial needs on service calls and pitch relevant solutions in line with client charter.
  • Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty
