Requirements :
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR generalist or employee relations roles.Proven ability to handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters independently.Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus.Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices is essential.Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.Preferred Attributes :
