About the role

Alvin Education Group (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced and visionary Campus Principal to lead its campus in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As the Campus Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the campus operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational experiences for our students. This is a full-time position based at our Kepong campus.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide strategic leadership and vision to drive the campus towards achieving its academic and operational goals
  • Manage and oversee all campus operations, including curriculum development, staff management, and resource allocation
  • Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student engagement, academic excellence, and personal growth
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative educational initiatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with parents, the local community, and other stakeholders to ensure the campus' success
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant educational regulations and standards
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the campus' performance through data-driven decision making
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin, Malay, and English.

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a school principal or in a senior leadership role within the education industry
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian education system and the ability to navigate the regulatory landscape
  • Proven track record of driving academic excellence and student achievement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of educators and support staff
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges
  • A master's degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field
  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin, Malay, and English.
