Job description

Job Scope / Responsibilities :

Accounting

  • Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliation, etc.)
  • Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and supporting documents
  • Maintain proper records, filing, and documentation for audit and compliance
  • Ensure timely submission of SST, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other statutory payments

Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, stationery, and document control
  • Handle company email in professional manner.
  • Support any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

    • Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of experience handling full set of accounts
  • Minimum professional certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is a must
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must (to liaise with internal team and clients)
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently

    • Working Hours : 10 a.m - 7 p.m

    Working Days : Tuesday - Saturday

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM3,500.00 per month
