Senior System Analyst (IT Asset Management)

This role is responsible for the strategic execution and oversight of the organization’s IT Asset Management program, encompassing both hardware and software. This role ensures optimal asset utilization, maintains strict licensing compliance, drives cost savings, and provides in-depth reporting and analysis to guide management decisions.

JOB SCOPE

IT Asset Lifecycle Management

• Oversee Asset Inventory : Maintain and govern the accuracy of the IT asset repository (CMDB / ITAM system) for all hardware, software, license subscription, cloud subscriptions, and other technology assets from procurement to disposal.
• Process Execution : Govern the execution of the complete asset lifecycle, including procurement support, deployment coordination, asset transfers, and formal retirement / disposal processes.
• Inventory Control : Resolve complex discrepancies in asset records and implement robust controls to ensure continuous data integrity and a single source of truth for all IT assets.
