Business Development Executive (Sales / Solar Industry)

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads and client contracts under the Commercial & Industrial segment.
  • Identify sales leads and pitch goods or services to new and existing clients.
  • Maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Follow up new business opportunities and set up meetings.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations and conduct sales follow‑up with clients.
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
  • Oversee the development of marketing literature.
  • Write sales and business development reports and keep track of prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Banking & Finance, Engineering, Science or any related field.
  • Preferably 2–3 years of experience selling solar systems.
  • Passion for environmental sustainability and renewable energy.
  • Independent, self‑initiative, responsible and committed; strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; exemplary leadership; passionate desire for success.
  • Conduct market surveys and update the company on latest information.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Possess pleasant personality, strong communications, self‑starter traits.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel.
