Responsibilities
- Maintain, overhaul, and repair machinery, equipment, instruments, and electricals for air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, fire alarm, domestic cold water, and sanitary systems for a Grade A high‑rise building.
- Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance and repair works in coordination with in‑house team, vendors, and contractors.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and rectify them to ensure minimum downtime.
- Carry out emergency repairs for all plant and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular and documented inspections of plant and equipment as per the checklist and statutory requirements.
- Ensure the safe operation of all machineries and equipment.
- Upkeep plant machinery to ensure they are in good running condition.
- Record and document all maintenance work carried out by in‑house team, vendors, and contractors.
- Be available to attend site for breakdown calls at all times.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in maintaining M&E systems for high‑rise office buildings.Minimum 2 years’ experience in supervising junior technicians.Strong knowledge and wide experience in handling mechanical issues; some experience in handling electrical issues.Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.Able to work in shift and work during weekend & public holidays.We invite qualified individuals to submit a comprehensive curriculum vitae and photograph for consideration.
