Technician (Mechanical Systems)

Responsibilities

• Maintain, overhaul, and repair machinery, equipment, instruments, and electricals for air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, fire alarm, domestic cold water, and sanitary systems for a Grade A high‑rise building.
• Plan and carry out scheduled maintenance and repair works in coordination with in‑house team, vendors, and contractors.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and rectify them to ensure minimum downtime.
• Carry out emergency repairs for all plant and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular and documented inspections of plant and equipment as per the checklist and statutory requirements.
• Ensure the safe operation of all machineries and equipment.
• Upkeep plant machinery to ensure they are in good running condition.
• Record and document all maintenance work carried out by in‑house team, vendors, and contractors.
• Be available to attend site for breakdown calls at all times.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
