YOUR ROLE Management of the Concur System : Oversee the entry and management of expense reports through the Concur system, ensuring the process is efficient and compliant with company policies. Use of IT Tools : Demonstrate familiarity with various IT tools to optimize daily operations and enhance process efficiency. Creation of Queries for Reporting : Develop and implement queries to extract meaningful data and generate reports useful for analysis and strategic decision-making. Management of External Vendors and Internal Groups : Coordinate and manage external vendors and internal groups for project execution, ensuring objectives are met within the planned time and budget. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Proficiency in Concur System : Deep understanding of the Concur platform, including its features, functionalities, and best practices for expense management. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective solutions to users. Strong IT Skills : Expertise in using various IT tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Capability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them into existing systems. Data Extraction and Reporting : Skilled in using reporting tools to extract valuable data insights. Experience in creating detailed reports that facilitate informed decision-making. Vendor Management and Project Coordination : Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and coordinating projects successfully. Strong negotiation and communication skills to ensure project objectives are met.
