Sap Fico Consultant

As an SAP FICO Consultant you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

• You will be expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• To be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you will be expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in SAP Asset Accounting is required.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP FI Accounts Receivable / NEW GL / Asset Accounting is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management, Solution Architecture, Design & Build Enablement, and SAP FI Accounts Payable is suggested.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and foster a collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement best practices for application design and configuration.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
