Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates for Android development and related roles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into recruitment plans. Source, screen, interview, and select candidates; manage the candidate experience end-to-end. Coordinate offers, onboarding, and integration with new hires to ensure smooth transitions. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and employer branding. Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in technology or software development roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Fluency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is a plus. Benefits
