Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of System Analysts and developers.
• Design, document, implement, test, and deploy systems and solutions to meet the business needs.
• Analyze business requirements to perform feasibility studies, gap analysis, and functional and technical design for new systems.
• Work closely with Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Technical Delivery for work assignments and deliveries.
• Lead and guide the development team on system development and implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
• Responsible for production deployment and relevant change management processes.
• Work closely with other organizational units and external parties in system implementations.
• Responsible for end-to-end system design.
• Responsible for functional, integration, technical, administration, and operations documentation of supported systems.
• Active involvement in UAT and production support to ensure systems availability and stability.
